ToroSachi provides Shopify-focused subscription software, documentation, and related implementation services that help businesses plan, launch, and operate recurring-revenue workflows.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Billing

Access to ToroSachi software, implementation services, or related support may be offered under separate plans, scopes of work, or order forms. Commercial terms are confirmed during the sales process or in a signed agreement.

4.2 Payment Terms

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Payments are due immediately upon billing
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

We may update pricing or commercial terms for future purchases. Changes affecting active customers will be handled according to the applicable order form, subscription terms, or written notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:
